- BERNINA accessories can be returned at any time if they are unopened, still a current product, unused and the price sticker is still intact. You must have a receipt to receive full credit back.
- New BERNINA machines have a very limited return window and is situational (please call for more information). The machine must not have been used, all parts must still be in the box, and you must have not registered your warranty. A re-stock fee will apply.
- Used machine purchases are non-refundable. No exceptions.
